• Usage data: API call records, Token consumption, request timestamps, and other metadata used for billing and monitoring;
• Device information: IP address, browser type, OS version, and similar data used for security auditing;
• Payment information: top-up records and transaction history; we do not store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
• Process your requests and transactions and send related notices;
• Calculate bills and usage statistics;
• Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues or security incidents;
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Storage and Security

No conversation content stored: The Platform does not store the Prompt text you send via API or the model responses. We only retain billing and monitoring metadata such as request time, model ID, and Token usage — not the conversation content itself.

We protect your personal information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and periodic security reviews. Please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following cases:

• To complete API calls, by forwarding requests to upstream AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others);
• When required by law, court order, or government request;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform, users, or the public;
• With your explicit consent.

We use necessary cookies to maintain your login session and language preference. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
