Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Service Description
HypersHub (the "Platform") is a unified AI model access gateway. Through the Platform's APIs, users can access various third-party large language models (LLMs) and related AI services. The Platform itself does not train or run AI models; it acts as an intermediary that connects to upstream AI providers.
2. Registration and Accounts
Users must register an account before using the Platform. You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, must protect your credentials, and may not transfer or lend your account to others.
3. API Usage Rules
When using the Platform APIs, you must comply with the following rules:
- Do not use the APIs for any activity that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;
- Do not use the APIs to generate or distribute illegal, obscene, violent, terrorist, or other harmful content;
- Do not reverse-engineer, crack, or attempt to bypass the Platform's access controls;
- Do not exceed the rate limits or concurrency limits set by the Platform;
- Do not disclose API keys to unauthorized third parties.
4. Billing and Payment
The Platform charges based on actual Token consumption; prices are as published in the console. Users must prepay; insufficient balance may interrupt service. Consumed top-ups are generally non-refundable, except as provided under the Platform's refund policy. The Platform may adjust prices as needed and will notify users in advance of changes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform's website, trademarks, software, documentation, and other IP belong to the Platform. Ownership of content generated via the Platform APIs is governed by the upstream AI provider's terms. Users must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimer
As an AI model access gateway, the Platform is not responsible for the quality, availability, or outputs of upstream AI providers. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; users must judge and assume the risks of use. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or system maintenance, but will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
7. Changes and Termination
The Platform may change, suspend, or terminate any part of the service as business needs require. Material changes will be communicated in advance. If you violate these Terms, the Platform may suspend or terminate your account and services and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction at the Platform's place of business.
9. Contact Us
